We keep you informed until we quickly deliver your legal documents, making sure that data privacy rules are followed, whether you are a firm of solicitors, a local authority, a housing association, a company, or a private customer.

All legal documents are delivered at a set cost with up to 3 visits included by our process server agents who are located throughout the UK, including the British Channel Islands.

We will procure the necessary legal papers from any U.K. court as needed. We will collect from your residence or place of business if requested.

Documents can be emailed to us and we will print and serve them at any UK location or overseas. Normal service is 24 - 48 hours upon receipt of emailed documents. Urgent Child Care or Non-Molestation Orders are prioritised as urgent due to the nature of the case.

Our process servers act on your behalf and serve your documents according to the deadline when they need to be personally served at a private residence, place of employment, police station, prison, or on a firm.

Depending on the requirements, we will complete and provide you with the necessary vital papers for proof of service, such as sworn affidavits; signed Statements of Service; or Certificates of Service, after your documents have been served.

Proof of Service for Legal Documents from Overseas Court

The majority of our foreign paperwork call for either the Notary Public's seal on our affidavit or, if the request has gone via the Hague Convention (Article 5), an official Hague Certificate that has been signed by the High Court Master in the Central Authority.
